
Total Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Xerox Equipment, you may request a replacement with an identical model or, in the event that an identical model replacement is not available, a model with comparable features and capabilities will be provided. The term of the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee is three (3) years from the date of the initial Equipment installation. This Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to Xerox Equipment acquired by you from Xerox or Xerox resellers/dealers, and continuously and exclusively maintained by Xerox or its authorized representatives under Full Service Maintenance, a Xerox warranty or a Xerox Service Agreement from the date of installation. This Total Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to Equipment damaged or destroyed due to reasons beyond Xerox control or responsibility or damaged or destroyed by the Customer, its employees or agents. For Xerox equipment that uses Xerox consumable products which affect the performance of the Equipment, the Total Satisfaction Guarantee applies only if Xerox approved consumable products are used. Xerox reserves the right to void the Total Satisfaction Guarantee if the Customer is in arrears with respect to any payments owing under their Xerox Order Agreement. This guarantee is subject to all limitations set forth in any warranty or service agreement for this equipment. * We make this offer to clearly demonstrate that our measure of quality is our Customers' Satisfaction.
- To the extent the foregoing differs from the Total Satisfaction Guarantee as stated in agreements entered into between Xerox and you, the contractual terms and conditions shall supercede this Total Satisfaction Guarantee.
