Can Not get it repaired It worked well for a 2 years. Then it started using a lot of toner. Could not find any help or any one to repair it. September 18, 2012
It just works That's why I like my Phaser 6180... I don't have to think about it. It's just there. It works, it doesn't break. and it doesn't need constant attention. Great printing results too! May 30, 2012
Reliable work horse I have been using this printer during last 3 years. It is reliable work horse. Printing quality is pretty good. I have never had any problems with it. Downside is the prices for toners. Would be better if they have less price. May 23, 2012
Great for printing labels and pictures We have had this printer for several years now and really enjoy the print quaility that we get. We have only had it serviced one time as it is still operating to it's fullest capacity. We have recently leased a new Xerox colour printer for more general use so we are not using the phaser 6180 as much anymore but do continue to use it for labels and card stock prints. May 22, 2012
XEROX Phaser 6180 I'm a writer who bought this printer three years ago. The colour is still vivid. The black and white on the manuscripts is crisp. I keep getting great offers to trade this one in but so far it runs just fine. May 10, 2012
This product works non stop! I love my Xerox Phaser 6180! I have had it for about three years and have never had a problem with it. My favorite feature is the duplexing feature. It makes printing so much easier for all of our work. The only negative I have is the ink is so expensive and never seems to do as many copies as advertised. Xerox has been great to work with and even with the high cost of ink I would not trade my phaser for another printer. The printer is easy to work with, easy to replace the ink and never gets paper stuck where you cannot easily get it out. Perfect! November 8, 2011
I wish the ink cartridges weren't so expensive...... and they seem to print a lot less copies than they are report to print. Other than that, i really like my Phaser and would like to use it more, i just can't afford to. October 27, 2011
