Great but side tray jams Overall runs great. Color print very clear. Two problems: side tray often jams if many copies are made, esp. if double-sided. Sometimes needs to be rebooted for printing directly from computer May 10, 2012
Fantastic image quality Having used both the Phaser 8100 and the Phaser 8560 I have found the Xerox Phaser printers to be of top quality. They have the best image quality by far with consistent even ink coverage, page after page. Head cleaning can be time consuming and costly but the quality of the image is worth the maintenance. Enviromentally friendly Not replacing toner or colour cartridges is a plus. The cubes are clean and easy to install. The colour is better than laser or ink jet options. This is the second machine we have bought. May 10, 2012
When I am near my Phaser 8860DN, I make a prompt and it thinks for me.. I never understood how to correctly use my Phaser 8860DN until very recently. Once I learned that it uses less soliid inks when you let it go into power saver mode 24/7 and do not turn it on and off every day, I now find either very little or no waste in the waste tray. Mr. Carlson and Mr. Wilson started something really good for everyone decades ago. November 1, 2011

Great Printer, wish print quality was a little better Have used this printer for Graphic intensive printing for 3 years and have been very satisfied. The speed and ease of use have been fantastic. It does have a tendency to plug jets and we get some light stripes (not bad but noticeable). We have to run the cleaning process every so often (every 3-4 months) to eliminate light stripes and it doesn't always get them out, but they disappear after a while. Overall have been very happy with the printer. October 27, 2011
Great printer I have a mix of Xerox and HP printers and in the past year or 2 I have been moving from HP to Xerox they are better quality on construction there colors are truer to life and the cost per page is half as much. October 21, 2011
