Its a tank.
An awesome printer. Had a few installation issues on our Windows 7 workstations, the majority of our other desktops still run WinXP pro, and they were a breeze. We have the 4620DN with the 2,000 sheet feeder, it works great, we typically print 10-20 page documents, usually 3-4 copies each, from 2 different paper sources, it never misses a beat, and we print an easy 25,000 - 30,000 pages a month.
Speed is still impressive even while duplexing.
The ONLY thing I wish would be improved is the yield of the Imaging drum, at a life of 80k pages, you end up replacing it (roughly) every 2 - 2.5 toner cartridges.

Technically very good, but what happened to a second inbuilt tray
Very fast, technically very good -- but where's the second inbuilt tray (pref. full height, but half-height would be good) -- who uses the 'multifunction tray' on a printer of this class??
Printer physical setup is slightly annoying, and the printer weighs in at 35kgs making it a difficult job to easily move around with one person. Additionally, when boxed, it only just fits through standard width doors - get ready for some knuckle scrapping =)
