Contact Xerox about an invoice or payment

Please review your Xerox invoice to identify the applicable Xerox serial number you are inquiring about.

Alternatively, to locate a Xerox serial number directly from the touch screen on the device.

1. Press the Machine Status button.
2. Select the Machine Information tab.
3. The 9 digit Serial Number will be displayed on the screen.

In addition, the serial number is also listed on the configuration or settings report of your device.
