Business Support Representative:
This is the perfect role for you if you like dealing with customers and enjoy working with sales. In fact, this role often leads to an Outside Sales role or a Finance Analyst position. You will also receive full classroom training and work to tight deadlines.
Customer Relations Specialists:

Authorized Agent Sales Representative
Are you new to Sales? As a Xerox Authorized Agent Sales Representative, you’ll have the support and stature of the Xerox name, plus the freedom and benefits of a small company.
As a member of a finance team supporting a business group within Xerox, you will provide financial analysis for the overall planning, reporting and controlling for a particular group.
Those that start their professional career with Xerox in finance will begin as an associate analyst but can progress to analyst, senior analyst, business analyst, and eventually project leader/consultant.
If you have strong analytical skills but aren’t necessarily interested in Financial Analysis, other roles are available as a Staff Analyst. These roles have similar career progression as a financial analyst.
This area includes several key roles throughout Xerox Canada. These roles provide support to various business units and customers and contribute to day-to-day operations.
There is a wide variety of opportunities with managed services which include customer account manager, document consultant, graphic designer, operations analyst, records management and administrative support.

North American Inside Sales Representative
Inside Sales looks for customer-focused sales professionals to work with phone and internet technologies to bring the right solutions to our customers.
As an inside sales rep. you can progress to a specialist, trainer, or manager. There are also opportunities to focus as a sales executive in: major accounts, graphic communications, middle markets and post-sales.
North American Welcome Center Operations
Based out of Saint John, New Brunswick, our welcome centre provides support to our customers internally and externally. Many of the opportunities in this area deal with complaint resolution, support and diagnostic services which are all critical to Xerox processes. Some of the roles include: Customer Solutions Representative and Customer Relations Representative.

As a sales consultant you have the potential to earn commissions above your base salary.
As someone that is new to Xerox, you will receive 100% salary during your training period. After that time, there are a number of compensation plans which are a combination of salary + commission. This means that you have the potential to earn beyond your expected total pay by becoming a success in the field.
As you progress in Sales at Xerox you can leverage your risk and the percentage of your total pay that is commission.
