Xerox Reaches Out

Employee Giving

Community Involvement at Xerox Canada
At Xerox we aspire to lead by example and excellence. Our commitment as a Community Leader is no different. The personal leadership of our people is a natural extension of our business leadership, and community sharing is one area where they excel.

Sharing is about giving back to those in need. For the people of Xerox Canada it goes beyond financial support - they reach out with their heads, hearts and hands every day to make a difference. Their desire and willingness to contribute to their communities is an expression of their own values, and values they share with Xerox. We take great pride in the role they play as volunteers and supporters of a better Canada and we thank them for their compassion and effort. Our strength as a Community Leader is, in large part, a reflection of the commitment of our people.

Our goal is to nurture a community-minded and volunteer-oriented work culture. We encourage all of our people to experience the personal satisfaction of community sharing first-hand, and to show others the essence of volunteering. We hope to inspire our corporate peers to do the same.

We support and encourage the active involvement of employees in the communities in which they live and work.

Xerox Employee Initiated Philanthropy
Through the Xerox Employee Initiated Philanthropy program (XEIP), we provide employee directed financial support for initiatives with which they are actively involved.

Day of Sharing
The Day of Sharing provides an opportunity for Xerox employees to give back to their communities during normal business hours.

Our employees’ charitable efforts are complemented by the volunteer efforts of our many caring Xerox retirees.
