Dear Clients and Partners,

I hope this email finds you well. This is not the year any of us planned for. Still we all are making our way through this together. It means a lot that you’ve trusted us with your business. And I’d like to say thank you.

The security of our team, both in terms of health and safety, has been our top priority from the start. Early in the crisis, we took proactive measures to keep our employees safe. While some have been able to work from home during this crisis, others have needed to work onsite to support essential businesses.

We learned a lot from having essential facilities remain open and employees continuing in the field. We are applying that knowledge to what we are calling our “Path Forward” planning. We have shared those plans with peer companies and have heard many are using them as a benchmark when planning their own return to more normal operations. We would be happy to share them with you as well. We will protect ourselves by protecting each other, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.

When this crisis hit, we wanted to help. By leveraging our expertise in manufacturing and materials science, we are producing low-cost, disposable ventilators to address the global shortage and making medical-grade hand sanitizer. We also found a unique way to repurpose printer filters to make face masks we donated to healthcare workers. We continue to explore other ways we can help fight the virus and mitigate its impact on society. This is a time when the world comes together, and we are proud of our team’s contributions.

We understand your needs likely have evolved faster as a result of this crisis, and the team at Xerox is evolving alongside you. Understanding the workplace needs to be flexible enough to reflect a range of return to work scenarios, our software and cloud-based services enable clients to streamline operations and collaborate smoothly in a secure environment. To keep employees engaged and ready to meet your needs as you resume more normal business operations, we’ve increased training opportunities and encouraged our colleagues to learn new skills and invest in themselves and their teams.

There is much uncertainty ahead, and each of us will need to choose our own path forward. Whatever you decide, please know we are 100% committed to your continued success. We are grateful for your business and look forward to defining the future work experience together.

In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy.

Regards,
