bought Jan 31st 2024, 7 service tickets, 5 techs to the office, a new printer because the issues. As of July 24th still cant use a 2559.00 printer (including toner and wireless adapter). Customer service is an absolute joke, mysterious disconnects, hours wasted on the phone, countless times transferred. Our last printer was a xerox 6 years no issues which is why we ordered a new xerox. NEVER AGAIN.Response from Xerox.com
