Does not do automatic 2-side scanning.

I was disappointed with this product. Setup and printing is really easy but the scanning is not. The scan option is, by default, not shown on the printer's home screen. (Why?) Scanning to a pc is not straight-forward or easy. Last as mentioned in the title, this will not do automatic 2-side scanning. Meaning you can't put a 2-sided doc in the feeder tray. It also will not save the scan as a PDF. I think I would have been better off getting a separate document scanner and printer then this all-in-one.Response from Xerox.com
