I hate this printer

I bought this printer because it was a laser and it had color. I have had more problems with this printer than any other I have EVER used. I have to reinstall drivers, It won't work with my postal software, The ink is expensive. Sometimes it prints blank pages or pages with error message at the top. I have to unplug and plug back in to get it to work. I spent $400 on this printer and I could have had an HP for that price.Response from Xerox.com
