The Xerox C320 is a solid, high-quality color printer that gets the job done. Setup was super easy — I had it connected and ready to go in minutes. Print quality is sharp and consistent, whether you’re printing documents or color images. It handles jobs quickly and efficiently, which is great for both home and small office use. The only downside is that it doesn’t have scanning capabilities, which would have made it even more versatile. But since this is the basic version, I knew that going in. For the price and performance, it’s still a great choice if you’re just looking for a reliable printer. Definitely recommend if scanning isn’t a dealbreaker!

A great printer

I love Xerox printers. I have had two Phaser 6510s, but when we retired, these were too big for our needs. A Xerox sales person suggested switching to a C320 printer, and it is just right. Wirelessly connects to two Windows 11 computers. Prints very clean and durable sheets. The only thing I did not understand was how to do envelopes and special papers (like checks) (and how to do these from MS Word or Excel). No worries, though: checks I just put through the paper tray. Everything worked on the first try, less than 20 minutes set-up.

I bought this to replace a very expensive phaser 7500 for outputting quick color mock-ups. Most clients do not want to pay for proofs, so this is working well for a cost effective solution!

Avoid, it can't print some pdfs

It's great for most documents, duplex is fine but I found a Texas Instruments datasheet it can't print and was told in very clear terms by support that that was my issue the /usr/bin/lxkjpg2k was killed by SIGABRT because the document was wrong and the firmware engineers would not fix it (because it was my issue trying to print a bad pdf!!)
