Xerox Earns Recognition as One of the Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion
In 2025, Xerox was honored by Disability:IN as one of the Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion—an achievement that reflects our commitment to building a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported and empowered.
Disability:IN, a global nonprofit dedicated to advancing disability inclusion in business, recognized Xerox through its Disability Equality Index®—the leading independent benchmarking tool used by hundreds of companies, including over 70% of the Fortune 100, to assess and improve policies and practices.
“I’m incredibly proud of the progress we have made at Xerox to ensure that individuals with disabilities not only feel included but also had a genuine voice within our company,” says Tony Fagelman, President of Enable_All, a Xerox Employee Resource Group (ERG) supporting employees and communities connected to visible and hidden disabilities.
Launched in 2023, Enable_All has quickly grown into a thriving community of over 200 members. The group introduced impactful initiatives such as the Guardians Program in the U.K., which provided mental health first aid training for Xerox volunteers. These efforts helped foster a culture of empathy, accessibility and belonging across the organization.
“Our dedication to fostering a connected culture where everyone belongs drives every initiative we undertake,” Tony added.
A Global Benchmark for Progress
As Disability:IN released its 2025 Disability Equality Index report, it celebrated the strides made by companies worldwide in advancing disability inclusion.
“Achieving a high score on the Disability Index is a significant milestone,” said Jill Houghton, President and CEO of Disability:IN. “This recognition is a testament to the leadership and innovation required to drive meaningful progress.”
