Xerox Channel Leaders Among CRN’s 2025 Women of the Channel 

CRN has recognized 13 Xerox women for its prestigious 2025 Women of the Channel program, honoring exceptional leaders who have contributed to channel success and growth. The women selected have a proven track record for driving success for their partners and clients through mutually beneficial partnerships, incredible leadership, strategic vision, and unique contributions. For a sixth consecutive year, Xerox made the CRN Power 100 list, and this year the honor goes to Catherine Brun, Vice President, Growth and Enablement. The Power 100 group recognizes women whose leadership and vision are key drivers of their companies’ success and have had a major influence on moving the IT channel forward. Heather Carlson, SVP, Partners and Alliances, Xerox IT Solutions made the CRN Power 80 Solution Provider list. This list recognizes remarkable leaders who develop innovative strategies that enhance business outcomes for their solution provider organizations and drive success across the entire channel ecosystem.

CRN Power 100 – Catherine Brun, Vice President, Growth & Enablement, NA Channels

Catherine began her career at Xerox 25 years ago as a Sales Representative on the Agent Channel. Over the years, she has held a variety of roles across multiple channel functions, including positions in Sales, Software and Managed Print Services, as well as leadership roles such as Sales Manager and Director of Sales Operations. Catherine is dedicated to developing and delivering a compelling value proposition for our Partners, and to equipping them with the programs and resources they need to drive business growth.

CRN Power 80 Solution Provider — Heather Carlson, Xerox IT Solutions, SVP, Partners and Alliances

Heather Carlson began her journey at ITsavvy (Now Xerox IT Solutions) nearly a decade ago, where she established the Partners & Alliances Team to drive strategic vendor engagement and long-term growth. She architected and launched the company’s inaugural Partner Program, aligning OEM goals with sales execution. In the last two years, Heather expanded her leadership to include Marketing, helping guide the transformation into Xerox IT Solutions and elevating the brand’s presence on the IT channel.

Mariola Martínez González, President, Western Europe Channel & Partners

Twenty Years in the Channel

Mariola is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the industry, including more than 15 years in senior leadership roles. She has built most of her career developing and leading channel strategies across Western Europe, working across a wide range of functions and with diverse international teams. Passionate about inspiring others, her mission is to lead with purpose, fostering a culture of commitment, collaboration, and a can-do spirit. Her leadership is defined by resilience, empathy, and an unwavering belief in the power of people to achieve great things together.

Cherie Tucker-Labuzetta, Vice President of Growth Strategy, North America Channels

7 Years in the Channel

Cherie spearheads market expansion and drives growth through innovative programs and strategic sales initiatives. Known for her forward-thinking vision and practical expertise, she consistently delivers transformative results. At Xerox, Cherie held pivotal leadership roles, including serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this capacity, she successfully executed organizational objectives and led key initiatives aligned with the company’s Reinvention strategy.

Patricia Rueda – General Manager, Xerox Distributor Group, Latin America & Caribbean

25 Years in the Channel

Patricia began her career at Xerox Costa Rica 30 years ago, starting in the sales department. She has held various sales, marketing, and operations roles. In 2000, she joined the Xerox channels division, contributing significantly to the deployment of channel models throughout Latin America. During her tenure, Patricia has served in multiple key positions, and she became the General Manager of the Xerox Distributor Group, covering the Latin America and Carribean in 2019.

Isabelle Pampelune, Business Generation and Partner Enablement, Global Lead

32 Years in the Channel

Isabelle Pampelune started her career as a Sales Rep for a Xerox Monobrand Partner based in France. Since she joined Xerox, she has held various sales and marketing roles, always related to the Channel. As a Channel leader, she creates and drives innovative initiatives for Xerox Channel Partners globally and helps them grow their business.

Linda Spence – Vice President, North American Channel Marketing

24 Years in the Channel

Linda started her career at Xerox 16 years ago in sales. Since then, she has continuously leveraged her expertise to motivate and influence partners as she moved into various roles within Xerox. As a partner development manager, Linda is focused on driving innovative partner programs for Xerox national and federal partners to motivate and engage with them.

MJ Bulmer – Head of Marketing, Canadian Channels Partners

29 Years in the Channel

MJ is currently the voice of the channel for all corporate programs and marketing activities for Xerox partners in Canada. She ensures Xerox partner programs, corporate campaigns, events, and collaterals are relevant to our channel partners and their clients. MJ also provides incentives, marketing tools, and expertise to partners to help them to close the leads generated on products, services, and solutions.

Kristen O’Neal – Distribution Channel Manager, North America Channels

Eight Years in the Channel

Kristen joined Xerox in 2017 as a Territory Partner Manager. Over the years, she has broadened her expertise in channel marketing and business development. She now serves as a Distribution Channel Manager, where she helps manage Xerox's partnerships with US distributors.

Jayne leads the creation, management, and execution of partner development programs, marketing offerings, and events that deliver maximum impact through a combination of tailored global and new market-specific activities. A nationally recognized direct sales top producer, Jayne has vast experience in field sales, marketing and business process management, sales enablement, producing top-line sales revenue, and market growth. She is an effective relationship builder and connector in the partner community and is highly respected among her peers and those in the industry.

Julia plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of the North America Channels organization. As the leader of Business Operations, she drives the sales management processes and operational rhythm that empower sales leaders to execute with excellence alongside channel partners. Julia is responsible for strategic planning, business governance, and revenue performance across the channel ecosystem. She leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance sales productivity, align with global priorities, and enable teams to operate more effectively. Ultimately, she ensures that partners—and the teams supporting them—are equipped to grow, compete, and win.

Leah plays a key role on Team Xerox Canada, serving as a major influencer to drive partner strategy and responsible for revenue performance within Xerox’s Channel programs. Leah’s extensive background includes diverse experience in channel and direct sales and specialized roles in products and services. Leveraging this wealth of experience, Leah has earned a reputation for her expertise in building, deploying, and managing marketing activities and channel programs aimed at surpassing revenue targets. Leah is instrumental in building strong relationships with partners and helping the partner community grow and work cohesively.

Christine is known for delivering innovative, customer-centric IT solutions that help organizations thrive in today’s fast-paced digital landscape. She is also passionate about mentoring and leading powerful sales teams, empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her leadership and expertise continue to position the company as a trusted partner in driving business transformation across Canada.
