Very Disapointed

Our company runs 40+ Xerox printers and overall have been very happy with them. A little over a year ago we upgraded a C405 to a C415. Big mistake! The service tech was out 3 times during the factory warranty period with no resolution. The printer has repetitive jams as well as terrible noise that can be herd multiple floors away. We are at the point of replacing a 1-year-old printer that has not met our lifespan expectations. We are now wondering if Xerox is still the innovator we have relied on for the last 12 years.Response from Xerox.com
