The C325 was purchased the last week in January of 2025. After approximately one week of use. The printer Scanner/Scanner Communication failed and a technician had to reinstall the entire Scanner and Single -Pass Duplex Automatic Document Feeder. Shortly after this component was installed I had to replace the Feeder Rollers. As of this point in time, the printer is working and provides high quality single and duplex copies. My expectations for Xerox products is high, however, I was disappointed in the time and effort that has been required to bring the printer up to a working order. However, working with the technician who serviced the printer and the numerous phone calls to Xerox technicians, each provided help and recommendations.
