Disappointed

I bought the C325 less than a month ago to replace another Xerox printer I'd enjoyed for 10+ years. I immediately started having problems with it not wanting to print certain filed from my cell phone. I've now had two separate service tickets opened up from Xerox and the issue is still open until a hardware technician calls to arrange an in-person service call. I'm sorry I didn't take Xerox up on their initial offer last m month to just send me a new printer. Of course, I'm concerned about the 'infant mortality' for the machine I currently have.Response from Xerox.com
