We've had a couple of these in our office for about a year. The imaging unit needs to be replaced already, which seems soon. Overall, they work okay for what we use them for
This printer has been with me since the beginning of the school year. It is compact and does just what I need it to while being fast an efficient. Great purchase.
We purchased this for a small business office and the printer worked great for a year. Just after a year we had a problem with the display out of warranty. At first we called Xerox to inquire about getting the printer under an extended support agreement. While management was making their decision, two different Xerox rep's reached out and wanted to take care of the problem under warranty considering we were just a few days past it's expiration. I must say I'm impressed they took the initiative, and because of this we'll look at Xerox again for future printers.
I just bought a week ago. Generally speaking, it's a good printer and copy machine but the screen panel is too tiny and the auto feeder only can hold 50 sheets paper. I have to scan a lot of documents so it does not fit my need. I bought another one, B205NI and keep it since there is a 20% restocking fee and taking time to put it back and returning back to Xerox. I recommend for copying and printing function but scaning.

This printer's MFC software has less features than the Xerox 3345 that it replaced in this price range.
The address book management and scan to network is less featured, e.g. unable to type in a filename, so a scan will overwrite the previous scan, making the device a lot less convenient as the user has to return to the computer to rename the file after each scan. Not even an "append date-time" option to differentiate scans.
No LDAP addressbook, nor addressbook import and export.

I received a defective product. When I open the paper tray, there are two rubber rollers in a plastic casing in it. When I pull the paper tray out, a plastic panel fell down.
I could not put it back. See photos. Tried to contact Xerox and got the run-around.
