I bought mine exactly a year ago and now am awaiting a new toner cartridge. I remember being baffled at first about the setup scrolling on the little screen (for wireless setup, I suppose) but I a cable hookup to my desktop computer works simply. I most enjoy the two-sided printing.(Global Review)

Just tried to buy a replacement cartridge for my B230 Printer and I was totally shocked to find that the average price for a replacement cartridge is 200.00 dollars. The criminal part is due to the chip that you put in each cartridge so that the consumer can't buy other cheaper cartridges. It was actually cheaper for me to go out and buy a brand new printer from another maker, rather than replace a 10.00 dollar cartridge that you are charging 200.00 dollars for. I am NEVER NEVER NEVER buying another Xerox Product. PERIOD!(Global Review)

So far so good. Easy set up, affordable, quality printer. Only drawback is it prints a scanner report multiple times per day and I cannot figure out how to stop it(Global Review)
It took me a minute to get used to the settings and we had a few misprints but, once that was figured out it has made my job much easier. It is a breeze to connect to the printer wirelessly since I have to print from my phone often.
