Stopped printing after 3 sheets

I printed 3 single sheet documents just fine. A few days after, I tried printing a 20 pages document, the printer took more than one sheet of paper at once from the tray and it jammed the printer. I removed all the papers from the printer, removed the toner, I don't see anything wrong in the rollers and I can no longer print because the printer is in paper jam error mode. Now I have a very nice printer than cannot do the only thing it's supposed to do and I've been waiting for a technician from Xerox for almost one week now without any idea when I'll have a visit from the technician or when I'll have a printer in working order.Response from Xerox.com
