Horrible Service

This Xerox company preys on small businesses that do not have the legal force to get out of the contract which they don't abide by. No maintenance is done, no techs "are allowed to touch the xerox machines", so any issues with the machines you need to hire an IT person to help you. I signed a contract to begin November 1st of 2022 and they did not deliver the full equipment until the last week of February 2023 and they still invoiced me the full amount starting November 1st. It has been one of the worst experiences of my life.Response from Xerox.com
