Provides access to a portfolio of your contracted equipment and supplies at your negotiated prices, hosted directly on your existing eProcurement system or on the Ariba network. We support CIF, Excel and other customer-requested formats.

PunchOut eCatalogue

Offers access from your existing eProcurement system to a private extranet containing your contracted products, supplies and pricing. Authorized users can add purchase order (PO) line items from the PunchOut eCatalogue to a shopping cart that is sent directly to your eProcurement system for approval. This solution provides a dynamic view of configurable items and common configurations.

mySupplies

This online purchasing solution is targeted at small businesses with less than 20 employees. You will be able to purchase Xerox supply products at your company's negotiated pricing. As a My Supplies customer, you can log in at any time to access the Xerox supplies catalogue or check the status of an order.

Metered Supplies

If supplies are already included in your cost-per-copy contract, you can simplify administration and ownership by ordering via the Xerox Metered Supplies Replenishment Program.
