It was easy to set up and had a convenient app to go through. It is larger than I was expecting and heavy but works great. Easy to connect devices to to print. The print looks great.(Global Review)

Great little printer... once I got it up and running. No documentation regarding how to setup was included - thank you Google and YouTube I was able to figure things our. Disappointed that the WiFi adapter was not included??? C'mon Xerox - nobody is hook small printers to cables anymore. I can see where setup would be cumbersome once you get into the admin setup (there is no way a "novice" should be setting this up). Once I did get it set up and configured it works great - holding my breath to see how long the toner lasts, because thats where Xerox is making all their money going forward. $800+ for a set of CMYK??? YIKES!!!(Global Review)
This is the best printer I have ever had. Printing fast and many ways to control. The quality is perfect and easy to connect to my phone, lapop. Quiet is the key that I love.(Global Review)
I bought this in February and use it every day. I own my business and it's just me. It hasn't let me down.(Global Review)
The color quality of this printer is just amazing. This is a great printer that will give you amazing color quality after each use. The panel is very user friendly and straightforward to use. A great addition to your office or home.(Global Review)
The Xerox VersaLink C415 Color Multifunction Printer is a powerful all-in-one device well-suited for small offices or busy home setups with moderate print volumes. It delivers sharp, vibrant color output at 1200 × 1200 dpi and fast print speeds of up to 42 pages per minute, with the first page out in just 6–7 seconds. The printer features a robust 100-sheet automatic document feeder, standard duplex printing, and secure cloud connectivity through Xerox’s ConnectKey platform, supporting apps like Google Drive and Dropbox. Users appreciate its easy-to-use touchscreen, scan quality, and smooth paper handling. However, the printer does not support B&W-only printing when color toner is empty, and its standard 250-sheet tray may require upgrades for high-volume needs. Optional features like Wi‑Fi, additional trays, and stapling add to the base cost. While most reviews are positive, some users report minor issues such as paper jams, noisy operation, network setup difficulties, and slow OCR processing. Despite these limitations, the VersaLink C415 offers impressive performance, strong security, and excellent print quality, making it a reliable choice for teams of 2–10 people or anyone needing high-quality color multifunction capabilities.(Global Review)
The product is a bit bulky but it’s easy to connect and delivers high quality prints quickly so basically all you’d want! If you have the space it’s solid.(Global Review)
I’m very impressed. The print quality is sharp and vibrant, especially for color prints. It handles paper smoothly with no jams so far, and the speed is efficient enough for a busy home office. Setup was straightforward, and the connectivity options make printing from different devices easy. It’s also energy efficient, which I appreciate. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, professional-grade printer.(Global Review)
Our company runs 40+ Xerox printers and overall have been very happy with them. A little over a year ago we upgraded a C405 to a C415. Big mistake! The service tech was out 3 times during the factory warranty period with no resolution. The printer has repetitive jams as well as terrible noise that can be herd multiple floors away. We are at the point of replacing a 1-year-old printer that has not met our lifespan expectations. We are now wondering if Xerox is still the innovator we have relied on for the last 12 years.(Global Review)
The initial delivery was of an inoperable device. After undergoing the process to secure a replacement, I am now happy with the choice of a C415 for my solo practice needs. I have yet to test the FAX feature, but like the ability to feed 100 page VA claims in one call. The 250 sheet paper tray is a downgrade from my C405, but not much of an issue for me.
