Prints well -- Difficult to set up

This C400 printer seems to be designed by the marketing department. You buy an all-in-one printer only to find that if you want to scan, you need a wi-fi attachment. Scanning still does not work after a year so I have a Laser printer, not an all-in-one. The drivers are obsolete too, so you have to use the global driver to get it to print. Cartriges are very expensive and it comes with small volume (sample) cartridges only. All manufacturers seem to do this, but it doesn't make it right!Response from Xerox.com
