I totally would purchase this myself. I definitely recommend getting one of these if you have a large project or own a business, as things can get a bit pricey at hre post office.

I really enjoy having this new Xerox printer. I use it for my business and pretty much everything. It was extremely easy to set up. The print quality is amazing. It connects to each of my devices. My cellphone, my laptop, and my tablet. I have already done a few hundred prints and the ink levels still says %100. My only wish is that it had a bit of a larger paper hold tray available.

Awesome Machine !

The Xerox C415 is an impressive machine ! I was absolutely stunned by its abilities ! It’s speedy printing, two sided if needed and desired. The print quality is very clear and crisp.. It can print up to 42 pages a minute. The machine weighs about 60 lbs and is better handled by two people when placing or moving it. The Dimensions are approximately 22” x 26” x 24”. My Xerox came with the wireless adapter to connect to WiFi. In order to do this, you first have to login. Login is as follows: Username = admin. Password = serial number of the device. Then go into Tools-> Network Settings-> Network Connectivity and find your WiFi Network ! Alternatively, there is an Ethernet, and a USB port located on the back of the machine. However, once online, you can link your phone to the Device and print directly from there as well. The user interface is very intuitive, and it’s a fun and convenient navigation. You can also scan documents and e-mail them as well. There is so much that this machine has to offer ! I have only been using this device for a couple of weeks, so I can’t comment on toner efficiency yet. It produces a great image quality. There are optional accessories to buy, for example a stapler, an additional sheet tray to allow for more printing volume, a stand so that it can sit on its own. You can copy, print, fax, e-mail, and so much more from this device. It’s a computer in itself actually. As with all Xerox machines, it takes about 3-5 min to get it powered up. However, left on sleep mode, just hit the button and it’s ready. It’s the Machine that has met my needs so far !

I have a C405 but it wasn't on the list

Bought in Nov 2019, it does it's job for a 2 man office. Have problems getting it to scan to both computers. Have problems getting a service person to come look at it, they want to do it over the phone.

I have had the Versalink for about 2 months and am blown away at its reliability, ease of use and functionality. I have a small office of 5 people and it gets plenty of use on a daily basis. Scan to email function is easy to set up , fast printing/ scan ppm and quick startup every time

I absolutely love this printer! I am using it for at home purposes. Before this printer, I was using an HP small printer that was constantly giving me issues with connection and printing. Now that I have this new Versalink printer, all of my troubles are gone so far. This printer prints very fast and has nice clear imagines. The touchscreen makes it very easy to make selections. I would certainly recommend this printer to anyone for any printing job big or small they may have.

Could be so much better!!!!

We bought this for our Masonic Lodge. We want the best printer we could afford and that is why we chose Xerox. Well that was a flawed decision. Out of the box the top document feeder did not work and still does not. It takes what seems like forever to warm up. Support was very hard to deal with and due to it being from our lodge we are not there Mon-Fri so getting someone to help when we are there is almost impossible. Toner that came with it only lasted 1 month and the cost of 4 new toner cartridge's was over $1000. Dell is the company we bought it through and they are just as hard to work with as Xerox.

Perfect addition to my home office

Xerox Versalink C415- Once I received it, it took some time to do installation only because it wanted us to login. What took time was to figure out what the password was. It was the machine serial number. Once I logged in, the installation was easy and fast. It came with ink and its own WiFi access point. There is also an app that can help with easy installation. For my home office, it provided easy printing. It was easy to navigate thru the screen options. The pages printed really fast and I did not have to wait for it. I have yet not connected it for fax feasibility but that’s an option I can easily upgrade to. I received this for reviewing from@Influenster and it has been almost a week now and I am loving it so far. A perfect addition to my home office.

Pretty decent printer

Seems to be a pretty good printer, only used it a couple times does great for printing regular documents. Decided to test printing a picture and it done amazing, actually surprised me a lot. It's pretty fast at printing what you need. Only down fall is doesn't seem to hold great connection to internet if your router isn't really close. Plus it took forever to get the app to register the printer for some reason.
