Horrible Customer Service

If I could give Xerox zero stars I would. Purchased a printer off their website and received the item damaged. Contacted customer service to let them know and to initiate a return. Over a month later I am still getting the run around and I am out of $1300 and no printer. This should be illegal as their policy on the webpage says you have 30 days to return. Do better XeroxResponse from Xerox.com
