The initial delivery was of an inoperable device. After undergoing the process to secure a replacement, I am now happy with the choice of a C415 for my solo practice needs. I have yet to test the FAX feature, but like the ability to feed 100 page VA claims in one call. The 250 sheet paper tray is a downgrade from my C405, but not much of an issue for me.(Global Review)
This C400 printer seems to be designed by the marketing department. You buy an all-in-one printer only to find that if you want to scan, you need a wi-fi attachment. Scanning still does not work after a year so I have a Laser printer, not an all-in-one. The drivers are obsolete too, so you have to use the global driver to get it to print. Cartriges are very expensive and it comes with small volume (sample) cartridges only. All manufacturers seem to do this, but it doesn't make it right!(Global Review)

The Xerox VersaLink C415 has poor ease of use, struggles with office network connectivity, making it frustrating for daily use. I contacted multiple times to the xerox service engineer to resolve the issues. still not able to resolve issue related to multiple pages prints when waking from sleep,(Global Review)
I got the printer in about three months ago and it has great print quality and is fast. My only problem is that is doesn't like to print envelopes. If I have one, it works. If I have more than one and I put the envelopes in the tray, it doesn't want to print them.(Global Review)
If you want this printer at home, it may work for you. If you are a business or require a heavier-duty printer, this is not for you. You will run out of ink shortly after you buy it. You will not be able to print anything fancier than an 8.5 x 14” piece of paper. Please don’t buy if you need a commercial-grade printer. Buy a Ricoh or something like that.(Global Review)
I thought I was purchasing a great printer but I was wrong. The printer jams often, runs through ink like I never experienced, bleeds on approximately 10 pages every time it starts a job. I recommend doing your homework on printers better than I did!(Global Review)
We have 2 printers in the office now. They are slow to receive print requests. We have run out of black toner in a few weeks and the printer will not accept another cartridge even though it is a new Xerox K toner cartridge. It codes as "incompatable". Very frustrating!!!!!(Global Review)
