Do not buy this printer

We've had Xerox MFC's for over a decade & this one is the worst. We use it for OCR Scan to searchable PDF; -Scan speed misleading. Sure it moves through the ADF fast but the printer sits processing the job for sometimes up to 10 minutes. The dinosaur 6515DN, C405 does the same thing within a minute. A $499 Brother MFC-L3780 absolutely destroys the C415 in OCR quality and speed. The OCR feature is pretty much useless. - No processing power at all. Whatever the CPU unit they are using for the C415 is grossly underpowered - Paper tray doesn't hold much paper. - Print quality and speed are average For the money it's below average and we had to move a Brother laser printer from a home office to do the job the C415 cant do. Now we have a C405, Brother MFC-L3780, and the C415 is what the staff uses the least. Xerox should be embarrassed.Response from Xerox.com
